1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (14 ounce)can chicken broth
10 cups dry bread cubes
In saucepan, cook celery and onion with poultry seasoning in butter until soft. Add broth. Mix lightly with bread cubes. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F. for 45 minutes.
